TokenSaver
Cookie policy
www.tokensaver.fr website (and tokensaver.cloud) · TOKENSAVER · the French version prevails
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie, or more broadly a tracker, is information stored on your device (computer, smartphone…) when you visit a website: a cookie file, browser local storage (localStorage), a pixel, an identifier… It lets the website recognize your device or keep information for a given period.
2. Legal framework
Under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy”), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the CNIL guidelines and recommendations, trackers that are not strictly necessary for the website to work may only be set after your freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent.
You can refuse as easily as you accept, and withdraw your consent at any time. Refusing does not prevent you from using the website.
3. Trackers we use
The www.tokensaver.fr website uses no advertising cookies and no social media buttons. Fonts and videos are hosted on our own servers. Umami audience measurement works without any cookie or tracker on your device. Only Google Analytics 4 audience measurement sets third-party cookies (Google), and only if you accept it.
| Name | Purpose | Set by | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cc_cookie | Remember your cookie choices | TokenSaver (first party) | 6 months | Strictly necessary |
| _ga | Distinguish visitors for visit statistics | Google Analytics 4 (Google) | 13 months | Audience measurement (with consent) |
| _ga_<ID> | Keep the visit session state | Google Analytics 4 (Google) | 13 months | Audience measurement (with consent) |
4. Tracker categories
- Strictly necessary: required for the website to work and to remember your choices. Exempt from consent, they cannot be turned off.
- Audience measurement: visit statistics to improve the website, with Google Analytics 4. This service is only loaded after your consent (Google Consent Mode v2, basic implementation); if you withdraw your consent, its cookies are deleted. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Cookieless audience measurement (Umami): we count visits and page views in aggregate with Umami Cloud (Umami Software). No cookie or identifier is stored on your device, your IP address is not kept, and the statistics cannot identify you or track you across other websites. Strictly limited to anonymous statistics for our sole use, this measurement does not require consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
- Advertising and personalization: not used.
5. Contact form and platform
The contact form sets no tracker: the information you enter is only sent to handle your request (see the legal notice).
This policy covers the www.tokensaver.fr website. The TokenSaver platform (platform.tokensaver.fr), available after sign-in, uses its own trackers strictly necessary for authentication and session security, governed by the terms of use.
6. Managing your choices
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customize the trackers that require consent. Your choice is kept for six (6) months, then you are asked again.
You can change your choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page or the button below. You can also delete stored data from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
7. Contact
For any question about cookies or to exercise your rights: contact@tokensaver.fr. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
